FALL Y’ALL: A New Playlist

FALL Y’ALL: A New Playlist

I love making a playlist every few months to mark what I have been listening to during a season of life.

For example, My Summer 2019 playlist is one of my favorites because that was such a fun and eventful summer. Now whenever I play it, it brings me back to traveling, being newly engaged, moving into our home, and planning a wedding, oh and life before we knew what Coronavirus was too.

This past Spring and Summer blended into one another during quarantine so as much as I love the set of songs I was blasting on repeat I know years from now it will remind me of holding up at home, losing track of what day it is, toilet paper shortages and constantly baking. You can listen to that playlist here

Now that it’s almost the end of October, I figured it was past due that I compile my new set of songs together for a Fall vibes playlist. This is my favorite time of year… decorating our home for the holidays, the weather cooling, the sunsets creeping away earlier and earlier and this Fall is marked by finding new adventures to do in this long term covid life we’re trying to make it through. So that is what I will think of with this playlist. (And some photos that accompany this season: sunset, walking dogs, our favorite hats.)

A mellow but festive mix to put on and hang out around the house, outside with friends or while you’re working. A mix of some new finds (Bakar, Caamp, Rayland Baxter) and some old goods (Suzi Quatro, Keith Richards, Jackie DeShannon) Find it below and on my Spotify. Happy Listening!

PS: bonus points to anyone who can figure out what song I sneak onto all my recent playlists to bug my husband. It’s actually such a jam.
