Summer Playlist Week 9: Alabama Shakes, The Velvet Underground & The Nerves

Labor day is right around the corner, and while I am getting sad to say goodbye to the summer I am looking forward to the fall. I love the changing of the seasons and the weather cooling down. We are going into a heatwave this weekend, and all next week, in Southern California which means lots of beach time (for those who can handle the heat) and lots of hiding in the air conditioning for me. Whatever you are up to in the week to come, here are another 10 songs to enjoy! In the office, on the sand, or in the car, With Wildflowers Summer playlist is still going strong till Labor Day.

1. “Uncle Salty” … Aerosmith

2. “I Found You” … Alabama Shakes

3. “Wanderluster” … Band of Skulls

4. “Ruby” … Kaiser Cheifs

5. “Polar Opposites” … Modest Mouse

6. “When You Find Out” … The Nerves

7. “Monkberry Moon Delight” … Paul McCartney

8. “So Divine” … The Rolling Stones

9. “Southern Dreaming” … The Sheepdogs

10. “One Of These Days” … The Velvet Underground
