Pumpkin Spice Ginger Mule

Pumpkin Spice Ginger Mule

A pumpkin spice ginger mule, because yes, everything does need to be pumpkin flavored in the fall.

This recipe isn’t anything groundbreaking, but I threw these together when we had friends over last week and they were a huge hit. They are super easy to put together and people can add as much lime, pumpkin spice, or ginger as they want. I set up a little station so people could DIY their perfect fall mule and you can do it too.

To start, gather your ingredients and chop up fresh ginger and limes, these work as a garnish and add a lot of flavor. Once your assembly station is ready you’re good to go.

How to make it:

1. Fill a large glass with lots of ice and drizzle honey over the top. There’s

something about how honey freezes over ice cubes that makes it really gooey and yummy.

2. Next add chopped up ginger and a squeeze a lime over the ice.

3. Poor vodka over ice and stir everything together.

4. Finish with a generous splash of the pumpkin ginger beer and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.

5. Garnish with a lime and enjoy!
